Biography

Pesha received BSc. from University of Dar es Salaam and MSc. from University of Stellenbosch. He received PhD from University of Cape Town. Pesha has 20 years of experience in academia. He has published a number of articles in the field of Telecommunication. He has done several consultancies works for both Government and Private Sectors.
